FAQ

Useful details before you convert.

Is PNG better than JPG for PDF text?

Often yes. PNG is lossless, so small text and line art avoid JPEG compression artifacts, though the output files are usually larger.

Can I set a maximum KB size for PNG?

Not in this tool because PNG is lossless and a simple quality slider would be misleading. Use a smaller output width or JPG/WebP when strict file size matters.

Can I export only selected PDF pages as PNG?

Yes. Use thumbnail selection or a range such as 2-5, 9, 12-14.
